Orders Received
There are a couple of options available to you regarding how we receive orders for processing. The preferred option for many of our clients is to allow us to integrate our Warehouse Management System (WMS) with the selling platforms they are using i.e. Ebay, Amazon, Magento etc thereby ensuring all orders received are immediately process and prepared for dispatch.
Picking Orders
We are very proud of our near perfect picking accuracy rate. Our teams receive extensive training and orders are always checked before shipping.
Packaging
We stock a wide selection of packaging materials including environmentally friendly options and our team have plenty of experience ensuring all goods despatched are suitably packaged, correctly branded with your company information and any additional marketing materials / inserts are included.
You are also welcome to supply your own packaging.
Bulk Orders
Some of our clients are involved in business to business operations and place bulk orders. Our warehouse team are skilled in fulfilling these and using their knowledge and experience can provide you with the most cost-effective means of distribution.
Likewise, when clients require multiple different items, we are able to collate these orders easily and accurately and again advise the most efficient means of dispatch.
Same Day Service
Prompt customer service is essential. We can pick, pack and ship all orders you receive by 3pm the same day for UK delivery. International orders require a slightly longer lead time.
Seasonal Peaks
Our warehouse teams are able to manage seasonal peaks thereby maintaining your delivery promises to customers. During busy periods we employ additional staff who are closely supervised by our experienced team leaders and management.
